I am a passionate digital marketer, with proven experience in B2C and B2B markets at international level. I started as a marketing assistant 4 years ago and then I specialised in PPC advertising at B2C level in the education sector, leading both the internal PPC team and external agencies (team of 10). I am now digital marketing manager for a new company’s website aims to develop a successful B2B marketing strategy. I believe in 'team work' and as a manager, my approach (and challenge) is to keep my team members engaged, motivated and positive. Main responsibilities: •Product development and strategy for a brand new site launch: competitive analysis, business requirements collection, product branding, testing, product evaluation and improvement leading to a site launch on target. •Digital Marketing strategy and management: short and long term + launch planning and promotion including email, social media and content and SEO as channels. Implementation of Pardot as marketing automation platform and first campaign launched within a month from acquisition. •Reporting: using Google Analytics and Pardot to daily track campaigns performance, advising on trends and risks to the business. Identifying key topics lead to a XX % increase in engagement rate and time on site. •Networking and public speaking: I was invited to take part to panel discussions and webinars about international students’ trends held at worldwide level.
