About me

 

I am a passionate digital marketer, with proven experience in B2C and B2B markets at international level. I started as a marketing assistant 4 years ago and then I specialised in PPC advertising at B2C level in the education sector, leading both the internal PPC team and external agencies (team of 10). I am now digital marketing manager for a new company’s website aims to develop a successful B2B marketing strategy. I believe in 'team work' and as a manager, my approach (and challenge) is to keep my team members engaged, motivated and positive. I am looking for a company where I can express both my enthusiasm and expertise and apply my knowledge as a digital marketer to greater heights.

  • B2B – Key markets: US & UK Key Achievements: - New website released in under 6 months. - Newsletter CTR increased by 60% in the first 3 months. - Successful panel discussions, presentations and webinars hosted for a B2B audience. Main responsibilities: •Product development and strategy for a brand new site launch: competitive analysis, business requirements collection, product branding, testing, product evaluation and improvement leading to a site launch on target. •Digital Marketing strategy and management: short and long term + launch planning and promotion including email, social media and content and SEO as channels. Implementation of Pardot as marketing automation platform and first campaign launched within a month from acquisition. •Reporting: using Google Analytics and Pardot to daily track campaigns performance, advising on trends and risks to the business.   • Started as a marketing assistant for 6 months, I then specialised in PPC, becoming the manager of the internal team + external agencies (team of 10) in 2 year. Key Achievement: number of leads increased up to 118% YoY Awards: Best results of the Year - QS Quacquarelli Symonds 2014 Bronze Award for Best Marketing Team of the Year - British Media Awards 2015 Main responsibilities •PPC short and long term strategy and budget allocation for the whole company’s product (5 main products). •Implementation of multi-market PPC campaigns on both global and local channels: Facebook, Twitter, Google Adwords (search, display, remarketing, video), LinkedIn, Yahoo Japan, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, Naver. •Recruiting, training and managing an international PPC team with part of it working remotely from an office in Bucharest, Romania. •Management of external PPC agencies: selecting, briefing and making sure targets are met. •Liaising with the different market teams to ensure campaigns were optimised, kept under budget and resulted in increased conversion rates. •Reporting to senior management on a regular base + sharing trends, new techniques and tools to be tested with reduction of cost per click. •Event manager for QS World Grad School Tour in several cities in Europe and Asia: duties include managing logistics on the day and ensuring excellent client service and quality delivery of the event.
