As Fashion Reporter I attend fashion presentations (eg. Chloé, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Chopard, ... ) editorial and copywriting sessions, product trainings in order to understand brands and desired buyers. I pass gathered information on teams within the Customer Care Department to advise on emerging designers, upcoming trends, colour schemes, silhouettes, etc which has a positive impact on sales and customers experience.
As Fashion Consultant I assist with product and styling enquiries. I communicate
any required information to customers about their orders, deal with complaints and
escalation process where necessary. Liaise and communicate with shipping and finance
over issues raised by customers with regards to orders.
As Fashion Consultant and Reporter for Net-A-Porter. As the primary contact between the most fashionable individuals from around the world and the business, I know which fashion styles are getting the most attention and I am able to observe how clients are responding to the new options available. In my role I have learn a lot about market demands,needs and wants. I know where the industry is heading and I have made fantastic connections with other professionals in the business. This employment has given me an wide understanding of how a online retailer operates, and defined all areas that are needed to have a successful e-commerce business.

Permanently collaborate with Photographer - Katarzyna Drazek and agencies IMP Model Management and Above and Beyond Group as a stylist for editorial and
advertising shoots, music videos, etc.
Through my experience as Fashion Stylist I have worked with a variety of clients which
enables me to recognise accurately targeted customers.
I have experience in organising and managing shoots for e-commerce catalogs, ad
campaigns, look books and press events, researching looks and trends for upcoming
shoots as well as logistics and model preparation during photo shoots, including
responsibility for luxury jewellery and merchandise. I have also coordinated pick-up and
returns of samples to showrooms – local, domestic, and international.
I have experience in preparing outfit rails for the shoots, developing visual aesthetic, image quality and productivity. I always work to high standard and achieve daily targets. Research prior to being shot; outline each brand heritage and aesthetic for the styling.
