Plan and manage large complex global application projects (17 supported projects from the beginning, total budget of projects: $17,24M), programs or initiatives. Create resource allocation plan, which describe the type and the timing of resources required. Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones; adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers Define and track project milestones while developing and maintaining on an overall integrated delivery plan. Create strategies for risk mitigation and project contingency planning. Monitor, review, and/or escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately. Maintain and track project financials against budget
Fulfilled customer requests in an effective, efficient, and acceptable fashion. Troubleshooted and resolved issues in an appropriate timeframe. Assists in maintaining customer accounts, furthermore, participated in projects and completes tasks within scheduled time. Documented all appropriate activities using current IT Service Management tools. Assist with incident coordination and task delegation.
