Specialising in Creative Writing during my masters at Central St Martins, I continue to write in various forms and formats. Recently commissioned to write for stage and radio, I recently had a play performed at The Bush Theatre which is now published in a theatre anthology by Oberon Books. Editing for Of The Afternoon, I am familiar with interviewing creative talent and editing reviews for the online magazine. Regularly sourcing images for online reviews, I am used to working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software. With an Instagram following that has now reaching 160,000, the magazine's following continues to grow. Producing press releases and feature articles, my writing style is adaptable to various forms.
Paired with over eight years experience representing niche perfume brands, I am accustomed with liaising with an international client base and the importance of delivering exceptional customer service. Furthermore, my interpersonal skills have been essential to nurturing relationships with regular clients. The ability to build a memorable rapport in a short span of time has become second nature. An attribute that resulted in bonuses and has been useful in all managing and assisting roles.
Similarly, assisting in fashion houses such as Alexander McQueen required strong skills in researching. Sourcing images for new collections and editing fashion drawings, I was required to liaise across all arrears of the company. As the first point of contact between the head of design and print, the importance of clear communication is something well practised.

Embarking on a 12 month exchange to study at the University of Melbourne and the film and television school, the VCA.
Modules covered arrears such as: the avant-garde, gothic fiction, French revolution novels, modern and contemporary drama. The intensity of the programme meant that I was often reading four novels a week. Gaining an athletics scholarship, I trained with the MUAC and represented the university in athletics competitions. Juggling studying and training was a great way of perfecting my time-management skills and required a high level of discipline.
