My role as Marketing Executive (EMEA region) can be defined by the below key areas. MARKETING STRATEGY • Designing marketing strategies for brand growth across all accounts: planning long-term marketing calendar and looking for opportunities for agile growth, making creative and effective use of a limited budget o Analysis and maintenance of overall strategy – ensuring performance remains on-track RESEARCH & ANALYSIS Supporting global brand expansion through rigorous online research, including: o Identifying new retailers and markets, opportunities and trends and undertaking competitor analysis o Condensing information on opportunities and consumers into succinct impactful presentations ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT • Managing and developing portfolio of key retail accounts, including Marks & Spencer, Boots, ASOS and Sephora Europe, across 30 countries. Specific tasks have included: o Managing consistent execution of brand standards across all in-store and digital, mobile and social media marketing platforms and collateral o Promptly resolving issues and maintaining a complex network of relationships with a positive attitude o Finalising meeting presentations and distributing, along with agendas and write-ups PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Increasing Pixi online and in-store visibility to drive long-term brand growth and immediate business opportunities o Working closely with events coordinator, sales team and account managers, as well as collaborating remotely on shared projects with US marketing team and reporting directly to UK marketing director • Copywriting and creating artwork briefs for print advertising and retail merchandising campaigns • Spearheading Pixi’s international influencer programme Identifying suitable influencers in 50+ countries; engaging them and building robust relationships The programme exceeded growth targets and we expanded the roster of social media influencers from 400 to 5,000 in just 12 months in collaboration with US counterparts
