Worked as part of the events management team at a variety of festival, outdoor and stadia events, including Henley Regatta, Polo in the Park and London Wingfest. Supervising team members to deliver consistent customer service to guests, adapting to different work environments to meet requirements for each event. This job has developed my adaptability to meet the needs of each event, and to make important decisions under pressure. Since starting my onsite role has expanded from assisting with accreditation to onsite staff welfare, supervision of a small team, supporting management with stock take, and helping with the build and break of event sites.
