As a skilled and ambitious senior-level professional with more than ten years of experience developing, directing, and executing successful, visionary projects for high-profile brands. My background includes designing and implementing forward-thinking, With a strong event and advertising background I have worked for a variety of agencies in different cities: with Paris, Mumbai, Dubai and London figuring largely in the past few years. Apart from being the “average” Creative Director, I have an innate sensitivity to the expectations of a given client: across demographics and cultures, I can find a unique and resonant solution. I had the opportunity to work with international clients such as: Galaxy Chocolate, 5Gum, Lipton, Toyota, Huawei, Philips, Ford, Lincoln, Porsche, BAT, ROCKWOOL, ITF, SAS, Unilever, RedBull, Eli Lilly, Volkswagen, Nestle, Lenovo, Mercedes, Snapchat, Samsung, BMW, UBER and some UAE local clients including Majid Al Futtaim, Skydive Dubai, XDubai, Reebok, RTA and department of transport, The Government of Dubai. Key responsibilities included: a) Creative Guidance & Leadership in Ideation Process: Uplifting the creative product, building ideas and provide creative guidance; revisit, reinvigorate and renovate the product – from content to packaging. b) Administrative duties: extensive admin experience – from managing the daily needs and wants of the team to their individual growth plans, training & evaluations. c) Creative Services: Organised workflow of pitch projects, in addition to the existing business requirements that created an extremely busy pipeline that needs Creative trafficking and micro project management on regular basis. Was accountable for the smooth progress of work and project deliveries – and never missed a deadline. d) Technical Responsibilities: The job demanded extensive technical know-how from the Associate Creative Director, since the operation largely depends on cutting-edge technology that includes an in-house Render Farm, an AV Suite and Online networking access for regional offices.
