I have recently completed a degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. This unique and diverse course has given me a varied communicative skill set you may not find in other candidates, that may bring something new and different to the Wednesday receptionist team. Since graduating, I have worked as a front of house receptionist within the city, managing the service and well-being of an expansive variety of international clients, visiting 5 different companies within the financial sector. I have experience in meeting room management and floor walks, to ensure that all is organised, and standards are maintained. I have over 5 years client servicing experience, which has provided me with the initiative and calm manner to manage various company demands and protocol so their needs are met. I am an enthusiastic individual and enjoy the work load of a busy reception. I am not scared to take on other challenges, and my current job has seen me take on the role of assistant to the reception manager- that role has enabled me to get involved with the organisation and running of events that occur throughout the year; such as during Ester and Christmas. I have also been in charge of producing the quarterly newsletter that is distributed around my current work place. To be able to work for an innovative agency with an expansive client list, and the opportunity to develop my skill set within a creative team is what I am looking to pursue in my career.
