About me
Since I was a young girl, I couldn't stop myself from writing little stories, staging everything I could, and I couldn't stop watching films (I still can't). Little did I know, this passion grew more and more, until it became obvious it was the only career that could make me happy. I love telling stories. From writing them to capturing them with a cast and a crew, hoping someone will feel what you want them to feel, will understand you. Creating a world of its own, a bubble filled by imagination, creativity, love and solidarity. A true expression of one self. I studied at l'ESEC, a filmmaking school in Paris, where I learned everything about arts and cinema history, film analysis, and filmmaking. I then learned how to shoot a film, how to cast an actor, and how to contain my ideas and imagination into a script. The short film I wrote for my graduation was shown at La Cinémathèque Française and has been selected by CILECT to represent my school and to be considered for the Student Academy Awards. I have had the privliege to spend a week at Le Moulin d'Andé, a writing residence, where I have been able to develop, write and rehearse with actors a short film. I have also been able to attend Robert McKee's seminar, Story + TV Day when he was in Paris. In my freetime, I have also written and directed a few short films, and I have also been a script supervisor for other short films. War film, dark comedy, drama, I'm keen on discovering every facet of each genre. Every side of filmmaking fascinates me. From reading and writing coverage for scripts in a production company, writing on my own to being a team creating something wonderful, I am well aware I have yet almost everything to learn, but I am more than eager to start. I am confident working as part of a team as well as independtly. Screenwriting, creative work, development and production, I'm all in !
