I was responsible for the Marketing department, managing a team of 2. I was accountable for all Marketing, Communication and PR activities, including delivering the marketing plan for the London hospital, as well as implementing the new digital marketing strategy for Group Sinoué. I was also a key player in driving marketing efficiency which helped to improve the overall hospital rating by the CQC from Require Improvement to Good.
I was responsible for all Marketing and Communication activities for Transdev including its sister's companies. I was also accountable for the overall management of the User Experience of the website, as well as updating and creating the content and improving the SEO. I was managing external agencies. My duties included; • Managed the website redesign projects for Transdev and Green Tomato Cars • Created marketing campaigns (from the idea to the conception and analytics) • Results: The numbers of app download and bookings increased by 15% in 2 months’ time. The numbers of leads and followers increased by 30% on social media Drivers recruitment increased by 20%
I was responsible for managing multiple digital projects and develop new products or services, including the coordination of the new marketing digital strategy offering a better customer experience online.
