Morten originally worked in advertising as an art director, but has since 2006 been working as a photographer. As a former art director he is very concerned with coming as close to the creatives' original idea as possible, and preproduction with casting and location scouting is given much attention. His preferred camera is an old analogue 4x5 inch large format camera that gives negatives with a great sense of texture, depth and detail. The equipment gives the photographic process and everyone involved a sense of seriousness and concentration that he enjoys. Some of his clients are Ikea, Statoil, Bring, Gjensidige, Norwegian, Sparebank1, Ruter, Synnøve Finden, Gule Sider, Farris and Flytoget.
