N'dira is currently a final year student of the Manchester Fashion Institute at MMU; studying towards a BA (Hons) in Fashion Promotion. Her industry experience encompasses assisting stylist, Phoebe-Lettice Thompson, liaising with various PR agencies and in-house press departments, as well as handling multiple creative accounts within a pressurised environment. Interested in extracting authenticity within creative consultancy, event activation and brand development roles, N'dira is keen to source energy filled experiences that capture and communicate relevant culture. Over Summer 2019, N'dira has worked on Zara Larsson's 'Don't Worry Bout Me' music video and tour, Anne Marie's #SpeakYourMind tour and L Devine's VEVO and BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend performances.

Through assisting brand developer and stylist, Lizzie Cardwell, I had the opportunity to meet Jalal Kamani and pitch a new direction to re-brand 'I Saw It First'. I cast, directed and styled the campaign proposal with the existing range, using emerging Northern talent to set 'I Saw It First' a part from their competitors by tapping into a raw aesthetic. I proposed that in creating a happy medium between their fast-fashion approach and street style visual marketing strategies, the authenticity of the brand would be greatly enhanced.
Earning the experience through the Boohoo Innovation Competition, I assisted on the Emma Breschi Plus shoot. This involved: Stylist: •Steaming and organising outfits • Liaising with the creative director as to the running order • Liaising with the make-up artists and hair stylists • Assisting the model on set • Remaining organised and packing away as the day unfolded Social Media: • Capturing behind-the-scenes content for Boohoo's social media platforms • Forming ad updating Snapchat stories and posting Instagram teasers • Assisting Emma Breschi in capturing Social Media content
