As the first point of contact for clients on a range of accounts, conceiving, implementing and overseeing website launches and multi-platform strategy is part of the job. Also responsible for planning and delivery of complex projects within the set budget and deadlines. Other tasks include content management, overseeing content upload, writing and proof-reading, as well as reporting, social media support, budget management and quoting for ongoing project work. Assisting the new business team to develop digital strategy for new and existing clients. Also assisting with the development of the John Henry brand and social channels.
