Drives all aspects of global employer brand strategy & design for Talent including leadership, learning, talent acquisition, performance management and succession and organisational design team. Lead the in-house employer brand creative studio which is a team of 2 brilliant designers, a Stanley Kubrik loving filmaker and a copywriter. We focus on teaming up with our partners in Talent for the design, development and execution of immersive storytelling.
