    Supported the Management team in the lead up to the 2018 New Designers Exhibition. •Talks Theatre management - provided support and briefed guest speakers and workshop moderators. •Pre-arranged and oversaw all event details including room set-up, guestlist, AV suppliers and video/ photography teams on-site for creative partnerships e.g. The Dots Masterclasses. •Assisted in the organisation of press lounge e.g. checking in press and coordinating press interviews. •Promoted events programme/ exhibitor content to visitors by highlighting key features, uploading pictures and wrote engaging commentary on social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook). •Managed all social media channels on a daily basis (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram) pre-show, during and post shows - scheduling posts with deadlines. •Invitation management – identified and engaged with relevant companies to offer complimentary tickets via telephone. •Supported the ND Marketing Manager with newsletter content through selecting images for exhibitor features. •Updated website pages e.g. Press information, university details and exhibitor profiles. •Wrote thematic blogs and edit partner/ sponsor blogs for publication on New Designers website •Supported the Management team in the lead up to the show in answering incoming telephone/ email enquiries and customer care. •Admin assistance - collating data, created exhibitor packs, posted invitations and onsite preparation.
