- Liaising with Online Merchandise & Production Planners to update the photography schedule on a weekly basis as
per the priorities set out for the week.
- Managing budgets, booking freelancers and handling invoices.
- Delegating tasks to the Studio Assistants, Stock Coordinator, Interns, Freelancers and Temps.
- Responsible for ensuring visual quality and accuracy is maintained through standard checking procedures against
the style guidelines.
- Working closely with the senior photographer to schedule production for creative and social content.
- Support the overall running and organisation of the studio including management of stock on loan for creative and
social shoots.
Liberty Online Production Assistant
- Coding and renaming of all images shot and re-touched across 2 studios.
- Daily reporting against image coding and naming targets across 2 studios.
- Resolution of all image queries, i.e. missing images, incorrect ordering, incorrect style guide.
- Sourcing and coordinating all beauty photography for the site (supplier and shooting).
- Assist the supervisor at peak times to ensure picks/priority deadlines are met.
- Support the overall running and organisation of the studio including management of stock on loan.
Picture Assistant
