U-Dox is a multidisciplinary agency delivering high quality BTL KVs, digital, moving image, 3D & motion graphics and VR for global streetwear brands such as adidas, Foot Locker and Vans. Reporting into the Managing Directors, I had responsibility for implementing processes to manage creative and production workflows, financial reporting, quality initiatives, staff performance reviews and target setting, change initiatives and other improvements in the most cost effective, efficient and customer satisfying manner. When I joined U-Dox, there was no operational structure, staff development process, financial reporting or creative or production process. My remit was to assess company needs and develop and carry out an operational plan to implement the necessary processes to improve performance and profitability while maintaining the unique company culture. After leading U-Dox through this major transformation, I had responsibility for driving forward processes to ensure they are consistent and robust. Key achievement: Five months after joining, with U-Dox completely re-structured, the company regained a major retainer contract from adidas Originals. The client had seen that ‘the company had grown up’ recently and stipulated that I was included in the monthly core costs.

Responsible for the strategic development and delivery of learnpremium and learnscotland (now seen at http://teachers.guardian.co.uk). Developed and ran online daily news service for young people. Provided editorial consultancy to Managing Editors of Directgov and DfES websites. Account Manager on the production and delivery of SCORM packages for Northern Ireland’s national learning portal. Developed training package for customers in Malaysia and delivered training as part of a funded pilot.
