Oversee the smooth running of the department and delivery of the highest quality work facilitating a positive and collaborative team environment. Assist accounts team with negotiating service agreements, fee renewals and managing service scope of work. Overseeing the client services team to be commercially accountable and deliver fiscal control of campaign budgets; implementing change orders and campaign adjustments. Direct team training and development plans. Mentor, train and develop client management and relationship building skills to empower team members to own and develop individual client relationships.
