I started out as a musician and have played for artists and in bands signed to XL Recordings, Vertigo, Laissez Faire Club, Columbia Records and Universal. After years of touring and recording, I found myself moving towards other creative outlets. Like many of those who find themselves in advertising, I very much fell into it (almost by accident). I liked the idea of a career that embraced creativity, harnessed and enhanced my writing, and wouldn’t require me to wear a suit... Fast-forward: I've now worked as an award-winning creative for ten years – working on some of the world's biggest brands: Nike, GANT, Puma, Guinness, Rimmel London, Diet Coke, Air France and Uber. My agency experience includes 72andSunny, adidas (in-house), BETC, AKQA, KNAS Creative, OLIVER, Grey London, DAZN Creative and Ogilvy & Mather. I now freelance in both advertising and the music industry. Outside of London, I've worked in Amsterdam, Paris, Portland and Tokyo. - The Nike BarbershopFootballers always stand out because of their haircuts. The look of the modern day player has become a weapon. That's why for European Championships we created the Nike Barbershop. We kick-started the campaign with a film starring rebellious footballer Mario Balotelli defining his look in the barbershop hot seat.
