About me

Born in Manizales, Colombia, Natalia lived in Bogota until she was 19 years old. Motivated by her photographic and visual appetite, Natalia has spent the last 8 and a half years between London, Barcelona and Berlin studying diverse academic and creative subjects including a digital photography course at University of the Arts London. A Contemporary Image Treaty in Massana school in Barcelona. A BA in Media Design at the Istituto Europeo di Design-IED. An MA in Digital Video, Digital Film and Video Interactive Pompeu Fabra. Her work is mainly characterised by constant use of the female figure, which is represented in her erotic and fashion photography, videos and drawings. Her style is inspired by Claude Cahun, Cindy Sherman, Helmut Newton and David Lynch, holding versatility and personal relationships with her models, actors and subject matter in the highest regard.
