About me

I have worked as a staff member for BBC Comedy in London for the past 7 years. For the last 3 years i have been working as a Director/Producer - directing two series of CBBC sitcom 'Hotel Trubble', directing a TX pilot 'Vidiotic' for BBC3 producing a sitcom pilot 'Shush' alongside In The Loop/The Thick of It/ Alan Partridge creator - Armando Iannucci and developing, directing, producing and editing online and additional interactive content for BBC Comedy with new and established talent - Morwenna Banks, Armando Iannucci, Dave Gorman, Rannel Theatre Company. Previously i have worked at the BBC in roles of Assistant Producer/Researcher and Producers Assistant on Comedy shows: The Thick of It, Absolutely Fabulous, Time Trumpet, The Wrong Door and The Mark Steel Lectures. I have recently been awarded an attachment to train as a multi-camera sitcom director and am currently looking to work on comedy projects both in Australia and the UK. Prior to moving to London i wrote and directed PFTC/WIFT/SBS funded short films 'Exit' and 'Scrambled Memories' as well as working as a freelance editor, actress and Tutor for both QUT Film & TV Production and the Australian Acting Academy.
