Working with the Benugo events team in the managers’ office has provided me with equitable training and invaluable skills which I hope to utilise and expand my knowledge through further employment in a PA position.

    • Dealing with all supplier and client correspondence including quotes, queries and payments via email and over the phone. • Responsible for maintaining and creating new office procedures, including data management and organised filing systems. • Arranging external staffing for large events, along with their travel and accommodation if necessary. • Communicating and managing information throughout departments to ensure the events run smoothly. • Organising meetings with clients and museum staff from other departments. • Responsible for events finance account, ensuring budgets are met through stock control and payroll duties for event staff. • Time management is key – function sheets and ordering of food/beverage/linen/equipment and staff must be completed one week prior to an event. • Working alongside management, being involved in the majority of decision-making processes. • Offering additional support for large events and small deliveries. • Mentoring new office staff and new management.
