About me
Hi, my name is Natalie. I love creating products that allow people to feel empowered, comfortable and confident. I approach my work with a balance of attention to detail and light hearted humour. Over the past 12 months, I have been producing womens garments in categories such as Jersey Tops, Basics, Denim Shorts and Accessories. Since my time at the Noni B Group ended in Nov 19, I have been travelling and relocating to London to work with a company that will buy the best innovative product, provide a strong culture with development opportunities and is constantly evolving to pave the way for the rest of the market.

    Assistant BuyerNoni B Group
     - Sydney, AustraliaFull Time
During my time at Noni B, I led a team of 3 Assistant Buyers across all facets of the buying process. Not only did I manage relationships with 20+ international suppliers (specing garments, negotiating costs, approvals and maintaining the Critical path) but I willingly volunteered for anything that came my way to access other sectors of the business. This included working closely with the Creative Director on photoshoots, providing figures and actions to the E-commerce team as well as range and strategy presentation to c-level executives. My role (at a glance) - Raising, updating and maintaining purchase orders - Helping to build a commercial and fashion forward relevant range with constant newness - Critical Path & Sample Management - Leading the team of Assistant Buyers - Negotiating Costs to achieve best margin - Approving trims, qualities, prints and colours - Working closely with the Merchandising teams to build the range, analyse figures and react to sales - Working closely with the Production Team and Garment Technology Team in fitting sessions to maintain quality - Creating Tech Packs in intricate detail - Labeling, logging, organising and filing samples - Actively contributing in trend and competitor analysis, making recommendations for changes or developments - Completing and reporting back on store visits and competitor shops

    Store ManagerSportsgirl
     - Sydney, AustraliaFull Time
From when I started back in 2015 as a Full-Time sales assistant, I lived and breathed all things Sportsgirl. I loved working in a social environment, allowing me both to be creative in fashion an influence peoples wardrobe decisions. My motivation and determination was recognised by the regional Business Manager and I began my training into a Store Manager. I preached excellent customer service which then reflected onto my staff. I was highly organised in preparing plans to achieve KPI’s, stocktake and closely monitor LP. Employee development was my main priority (after customers of course) as training the team meant a successful and efficient business. My role (at a glance) - Continuous training and feedback to staff members to develop product/brand knowledge and customer service - Drive sales to meet KRA’s - Conduct stocktake and other stock management procedures - Update store layout and store merchandising - Recruitment - Report on buying trends, customer needs and future company opportunities
 - Conduct actions supplied by Head Office
