- Responsible for the artistic and strategic vision of the organisation; identifying new artists, performers and filmmakers to exhibit. - Public Relations responsibility; create marketing materials for of Super Yonic's exhibitions, workshops and performance nights. - Creation of content for website including; artist bio's, marketing and festival programme. - Collection, documentation and management of artists for show, website and social platforms. - Responsible for budget planning and income generation. This includes; support-in-kind, a public collection for charity and a crowdfunding campaign and engaging corporate sponsors.
- Creating engaging social content for all social channels. - First point of contact for tenants, visitors and maintenance workers on site. - Organising and leading tours of site and event spaces for potential clients. - Responsible for day to day running of the office and administrative tasks.
- Assist the Gallery Manager with archiving of all exhibitions and events documentation including images, audio recordings and video. - Assist the Gallery Manager on the drafting and editing of press releases. - Generate content for social media and support on delivery of the social media strategy. - Maintain and develop press mailing list and client database. - Maintaining ArtLogic database.
- Delivering social media campaigns, posting all content and responding to communications. - Tracking effectiveness of campaigns and gathering data number of followers, likes, retweets etc. - Developing exciting new social “event” ideas, from Twitter video Q&As to Facebook live-stream events, blogs. - Working with partners, sponsors, festival artists and organisations to generate social media content.
