  • The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company sets the gold standard in luxury hospitality worldwide. Working in a Sales Executive role proactively handling Benelux and Israel markets, whilst managing group co-ordination, supervising an intern and supporting two sales managers. • Proactive and reactive account management of corporate clients, venue finders and event agencies based in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Israel. • Managed the group co-ordination through manual tracking of group leads, revenue tracking, reporting, data analysis, technical support and compilation of industry trends. • Supervised the progress and training of the group’s team intern from April 2014. • Provided support to new and need hotels in the current portfolio of 89 Ritz-Carlton hotels, 2 Ritz-Carlton Reserve resorts, 3 EDITION and 2 Bulgari hotels. • Business development in the form of telesales, appointments and events in the UK, Benelux and Israel. Organised and attended the first ever sales trip to Israel by The Ritz-Carlton Hotels. • Planned and co-hosted familiarisation (FAM) trips to Berlin and Bahrain, partnering with Pro Sky and Gulf Air. The Bahrain FAM trip generated positive coverage in trade publications. • Maintained a close working relationship with parent company Marriott International; through daily interaction with the Marriott Global Sales Office teams based across Europe and Israel. • Successfully exceeded revenue goals by 48% in 2013 and 98% in 2014; achieving the company’s ‘Chairman’s Circle’ Rewards trips in 2014 and 2015.

  • Joined Korean Communications Agency, Cheil Worldwide, as an Account Executive in Samsung Electronics’ Online Marketing Centre (OMC), based within Cheil. • Provided system training and support to Samsung Online Managers across Europe, responsible for content on, DE, CH, AT, LV, EST, LT and IL respectively. • Tasks included Samsung policy and guideline issue reporting related to individual / country websites. • Involved in improving new global online marketing strategies; design projects and page load testing of new Samsung web- and mobile sites prior to the launch in 2011. • Took on additional projects such as new content and image creation for the Samsung mobile sites; liaising with teams at HQ in Seoul, the United States and Cheil’s in-house design team.

  • Luxembourg for Finance (LFF) is the agency for the development of the Luxembourg financial centre, where I held a replacement position on the international relations and events team. • Represented LFF at IMEX Frankfurt as a buyer hosted by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and exhibited at the GAIM International Hedge Funds event in Monaco. • Worked with key players across the Luxembourg financial industry, sourcing venues and hotels in Europe, Asia and Latin America for financial seminars and official missions led by the Ministry of Finance and the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. • Gained insight and experience in organising high profile receptions and large scale events by assisting with the Annual Financial Forum, attended by over 600 international financiers.

I.n.c. Space

  • I.N.C. Space is a state-of-the-art private members club in Covent Garden with gym facilities, dance, film and photographic studios and event space for hire. • My main duties involved improving PR and marketing for the venue and selling the event space • Independently managed a Barclays Wealth regional meeting and assisted with product launches for L’Oreal and BBC World • I created Facebook and Twitter pages for I.N.C. Space, Dancers Inc and Singers Inc, which as of February 2015 have received over 10 000 likes combined. I also created gym and treatment packages, promoted and sold through group buying websites Groupon and Wahanda
