I am flexible, self-managed, fast-paced with nearly a decade of experience in Community Engagement, Operations and, the Launch and Expansion of new brands in new markets (Airbnb and WeWork).
Working collaboratively, project managing and multi-task is part of nature, relationship building, and taking teams to the next level.

- Airbnb Open 2014, 2015, 2016 - BR's communityAirbnb Open was a Community festival that started with 1500 attendees and grew to 10.000 in 2 years. It took Place in the US (San Francisco and Los Angeles) and in Europe, in Paris. The purpose of those events was to bring hosts together around the same purpose: hosting better and making people feel that they belong. In those events, the Community Managers from each country would establish criteria, find and select outstanding hosts and invite them to be speakers of specific content and special

- Airbnb Night AtLed the strategic refresh of the global Night At franchise, setting it sail with a new partner focussed approach. The Night At programme offer once-in-a-lifetime overnight experiences, that only Airbnb can unlock. Each so incredible that the whole world wants to participate. Some of the highlights are shown below. - Airbnb Night At Abbey Road Studios “Live inside the home of recorded music” We partnered with Abbey Road studios to unlock the magic inside one of music’s most significant places
- Host Days – Event Branding – AirbnbHost Days was a series of events that took place in 12 locations across the world to gather local Host communities. The events included talks presented by experts, Host-led workshops and award ceremonies. An adaptable identity was designed for the events giving each location its own unique colour palette. A ‘hero Host’ was selected for each location from a series of portraits that already existed. The colour treatment was applied to these portraits to emulate the feeling you would get when atten
- AirbnbInsight People who would travel through Airbnb are people looking to travel around the world, adventurous, not necassarily looking for a 5 star accommodation but a place to crash on a low budget Idea To suggest how universal Airbnb is and attract an audience that is open to a unique adventurous experience Execution 'You can belong anywhere in the world with Airbnb' To show that Airbnb is a site hosted for adventurous people who want to experience living in different parts of the world, being welcomed into someone's home, shed.
