About me
My real passion is to work with people and to build things from scratch in a disruptive business. My vision of success is to achieve business needs through people's engagement. I am flexible, self-managed, fast-paced with nearly a decade of experience in Community Engagement, Operations and, the Launch and Expansion of new brands in new markets (Airbnb and WeWork). Working collaboratively, project managing and multi-task is part of nature, relationship building, and taking teams to the next level. Authenticity, autonomy, development and teamwork are essential to support my teams to reach their full potential and also for me, so I can perform my best work.
