    National Opera Studio Young Artists' Programme Auditions 2021-22I worked with the Communications team to advertise the auditions, revise the FAQs and create the application forms (this year, working with the application organisation to get a drop-down list of all countries). Throughout the auditions period, I managed enquiries from the applicants and keep them updated with the changing Covid-19 restrictions and how that would affect their auditions.   • Black Lives Matter at the National Opera Studio
    Black Lives Matter at the National Opera StudioWith the backing of the Board of Trustees and Senior Management Team, I led a small group of NOS staff who together, we created a transparent, action based statement in response to the Black Lives Matter protests taking place worldwide. This statement now holds the organisation accountable to the commitments in the statement and communicates clearly the organisation's standpoint on anti-racism, diversity and inclusion.     Liminal: In-between Two SpacesI curated a week long exhibition displaying sixteen of my own photographs in 2016. I organised the venue (Platform1, East Dulwich), and oversaw sponsorship (Four Pure brewery) and the marketing of the exhibition.     Diverse VoicesThe Diverse Voices programme has been set up by the National Opera Studio in the light of its report Opera Training for Singers in the UK, with funding from Help Musicians UK and others, and with the support of major UK opera companies. Diverse Voices will establish a supportive, challenging and creative network which will tackle the barriers to diversity and ensure that everyone has a voice in shaping a successful future for opera in the UK.     'Voices of Tomorrow' Somerset HouseWhat a privilege to be a Co-Producer on the 'Voices of Tomorrow’ project, for This Bright Land at the Somerset House Trust. Positioned in the festival’s 35mm Observation Wheel, the project was produced in collaboration with seven young people and a very talented team. It is a platform for young people to express and share their experiences and beliefs that they have when thinking about the capital and their interpretations of family.
