    Role encompassed a number of responsibilities including but not limited to: Project Management, Team Leading, Business Analysis and earnt the title as Lead for all EPD lines, collating information on changes required by retailers and suppliers. Based on client site in Marks & Spencer head office, delivering project management and customer service to the client in convenience and fresh categories of the food service area of the business. ● Cross functional collaboration to raise awareness of project work streams, Leading and producing the training pack and developing strong trusted relationships for clients across Marks and Spencer’s. ● Support on-site Project Managers with regards to NPD project planning and batching. While ensuring EPD volumes are captured in relevant batches to increase project planning efficiency. ● Lead critical path creation and kick off meets to capture all required data in collaboration with designers, product development, technologists, project managers to record packaging formats and bespoke requirements. ● Key point of contact for provisional batching plan to individual suppliers, liaison for critical path timelines. ● Chartering the seamless integration of EPD change requests and reporting on planned batching/blockers through close collaboration with stakeholders to develop and co-ordinate the operating model and vision for efficient delivery. ● Support in administration for categories as part of planning support initiatives. ● Accountable for lifecycle delivery of multiple projects while providing regular project reporting, acting as the key role for project success. Controlling project budgets and schedules, alongside risks and issue resolution. ● Verification of technical design and solutions meet evolving needs of project.

    ● Responsible for Men’s formalwear and Men’s Accessories rebrand projects to support the House of Fraser house brand growth strategy. This consisted of reviewing the current ranges, rebranding and implementing the new concept into each store. ● Created relationships and liaised with store department management to configure and plan space requirements for each brand and area. ● Reviewed sales performance figures to ensure growth was in line with company strategy, produced MI and metrics. ● Committed to the building of unified, repeatable and rigorous store manager and customer relationship which ensured service stability, return on investment and a true partner relationship model. Regularly attended workshops, stores and demos to conduct market research for understanding store area, demographics and brand suitability. ● Proactively maintain a focus on continuous improvement in brand shop fittings and space analysis. Conducted analysis of space, linear and density measurements to assign appropriate brand matrix. ● Key member of a team charged with developing AutoCAD and Smart VM design and creation of store floor plans and reconfiguration of store layout. ● Project Management of Space Planning, Onboarding and implementation during seasonal periods for all stores.
