An experienced marketing professional with a successful 12-year track record of delivering results both agency and client side, I now specialise in digital strategy. I have managed a wide variety of B2B and B2C campaigns including email marketing and web content management and development. Where possible, I focus on working for businesses that are creative or based in my local community. This is inspired and informed by my experience of launching, programming and operating a large cultural venue in East London. Understanding the many different local audiences and tailoring a number of digital strategies to engage them was central to the success of the project. I have recently built on my experience by completing a 6-month Social Media Manager training course with Digital Mums. I now have a portfolio of clients for whom I manage content strategies for. Focused and a self-starter, I am used to managing projects and clients autonomously. I am excellent at problem solving and optimising project delivery. I pride myself on being an excellent communicator with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
I have developed a portfolio of clients for whom I devise, deliver and maintain digital campaigns. The businesses range from an event management & operation company; creative & supportive co-working space; and a residential & commercial property estate. Services include: ● Understand the needs of clients and determine which platforms will best meet company objectives & reach their target audience. ● Develop strategies for specific client platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin). ● Establish clear, measurable metrics for statistical client reporting. ● Set up the platforms for new clients with no digital presence. ● Identify key influencers to engage with. ● Optimise platforms for strategies. ● Evolve content strategies that speak to various audiences. ● Test, measure, reflect, refine on a weekly and monthly basis. ● Report on weekly and monthly analytics. ● Design, implement and maintain digital advertising campaigns.
