Initially started as a barman, providing drinks and maintaining an observant eye across the pub. I was also responsible for closing down at the end of each night. I was promoted to assistant manager in April 2015 and was then responsible for opening the pub, cleaning the lines and cashing up at the end of each night in addition to my previous responsibilities.
