  • As the European Account Manager, I am responsible for ensuring our clients are making the most of our software and services. I have a monthly rota including all the names, contacts and details of each of our clients which I created to keep track of everything. We have also developed new surveying programs over the past year which I have used to attract new business and create extra revenue with regards to our existing customers.
