  • • Working in a stand-alone position rolling out robust communications and marketing campaigns across the organisation • Creating corporate presentations used during events, monthly sales meetings and for the Sales team • Managed an event on the McKesson calendar, designed the stand, created rolling presentations for the stand and kept social presence throughout • Creating event and email campaigns, pre and post marketing content via Sales Force whilst working closely with the sales team • Working with 3rd parties such as design agencies, PR agencies and merchandise/business suppliers • Liaising with design agencies to produce suitable collateral • Managing content on external website via Umbraco, creating content, updating it and keeping on top of news and events page • Delivering internal communications across the organisation, keeping colleagues abreast of any updates or changes to the business • Production and co-ordination of internal and external marketing communications materials – posters, literature, presentations, intranet and newsletters. • Writing briefs for 3rd party vendors - in keeping with budgetary requirements • Managing the company’s online presence across various social media platforms including Twitter and LinkedIn, uploading content and networking and updating daily • Responsible for ordering merchandise, raising purchasing orders and other administrative duties • Management of the generalised mailbox, dealing with customer queries, questions and complaints
