About me

Founded by Necdet Sahin, based in East London, Happen offers a wide range of design services from brand identity, digital design to book design and to all printed materials. The studio unifies communication design tools and art projects. Working closely with curators, architects, startups and artists, Happen is involved with projects at every stage, from concept and design development to overall project and production management. The studio participates in commission based and collective projects and many collaborations. Our work can be mentioned as simple, functional and tactile. • AYCN CeramicsLogo & brand identity and all art direction for AYCN Ceramics, London. Supporting visuals include tags, cards and ceramic stamp design.
• Munchkin KitchenLogo design, brand identity, website design for Munchkin Kitchen, a new Los Angeles based initiative, giving baking classes for kids and organising cooking events.
• CuppediaLogo & brand identity development, packaging design and web design for Cuppedia, a confectionery brand recently opened its first kiosk in Trafford Centre Manchester.
• SquareWell PartnersBrand development for SquareWell Partners, an advisory boutique, comprised of multidisciplinary experts, that monitors investor behaviour and preferences to support companies’ decision-making processes.
