A versatile and energetic Agile practitioner specialising in organisational Change and Digital Transformation. Current focus on people innovation, culture change and digital capability upskilling. Over 12 years experience delivering value to organisations and customers alike, spanning education, professional services, recruitment, government and most recently banking.
I currently lead an Agile product and business development function at an EdTech startup experiencing rapid growth. Responsibilities include process and culture redesign, product development and business development.
I combine Agile project delivery with a deep understanding of digital educational programmes, talent acquisition models, startup and Fintech ecosystems and with excellent communication and leadership skills - working with both in-house, cross-functional teams and external vendors, locally and globally. I seek to create strong internal communities of practice, drive lasting positive transformation while rapidly delivering to a broader organisational context.
