Manage the day-to-day operations of the Editorial team; overseeing high-quality content from a team of writers and ensuring a consistent tone of voice is presented across all categories, commerce channels (website, stores and hospitality) and multichannel media. Key objectives • Develop and drive the daily content calendar; ensuring stories reflect both marketing and trading priorities as well as fashion/trend influence • Work alongside the Head of Editorial to deliver a multichannel content strategy; using data to inform and shape a continually evolving approach • Facilitate structured content planning sessions between the Fashion and Features teams; working to develop fresh and original editorial features and new initiatives which are on brand, commercially sound, promote sales, and will provide fashion and shopping direction to the multichannel customer • Approve and sign off the weekly editorial upload to ensure copy is free of spelling and grammatical errors • Liaise with the CRM, ecommerce and merchandising teams to evaluate content successes and failures, continually striving to improve sales conversion Previous: MENSWEAR FEATURES WRITER June 2014 - July 2016 Cover all menswear content with ad-hoc duties across all divisions and corporate assets as well as store copy. Research and write editorial copy for all menswear features including trend reports, news stories and brand profiles as well as marketing copy such as subject lines, sells and CTAs.
