• Managing the production of conference handbooks and hall guides, coordinating internal departments and external customers and suppliers. • Production of printed media, eg: sponsorship brochures, media packs, delegate lists, signage, stationery, corporate & customer adverts etc. • Production of digital media, eg: e-flyers, web adverts, web pages, logos etc. • Creating and updating flatplans. • Assisting with journal production. • Advertisement production, including chasing, preflighting, correcting and proofing artwork from clients, agencies, colleagues and archives. • Editorial page layout and picture research. • Quality assurance; checking and proofing artwork and production jobs.
