  • Agency Producer for Saatchi & Saatchi's in-house digital content team, Saatchi Digital. Production lead across the delivery of digital, branded-content for VISA, EE, P&G (Pampers, Head & Shoulders), Toyota, Nominet, British Gas, Rekorderlig, Saint Beer, AB Inbev (Stella Artois, Budweiser), as well as several (very) quick-turnaround content pieces for New Business pitch purposes. Initiates, maintains and actively manages the client's production, through: - Scoping: Receive campaign briefing from creative and client management teams – tasked with assessing project scope, including budgets, timelines and general feasibility, in order to solidify creative proposal and present for client sell-in. - Pre-production: Responsible for leading the coordination and delivery of treatments, scripts, storyboards, research (directors, cast, locations etc), casting and contract negotiation, crewing, logistics, permits and assessments. - Production: Responsible for producing and delivering as per the approved creative proposal, within the scope of the approved budget – coordinating the production effort, from small-scale documentary-style reportage, using in-house content producers, to large-scale, TV-style shoots, employing external, freelance crew, to the delivery of small to medium-scale experiential activations. - Post-Production: Delivering a detailed edit brief to editors working in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite and motion animators working in After Effects, Cinema 4D, as the creative proposal dictates. Ensuring review windows and delivery deadlines are met, or at least managed well ahead of time. Also in charge of managing grading, sound mix, music usage negotiation and buyout. - Reconciliation: Responsible for delivering a full audit of expenses (via timesheets, invoices, third-party expenses, as well as any contingency investments) and reconciling against the approved budget.

Owning and managing the Client/Agency relationship for key accounts: adidas, Compare the Market, British Gas, ASDA, Nominet, as well as coordinating a project to launch the revamped (global) Saatchi & Saatchi website. Oversaw campaign implementation and delivery across departments – spanning creative, social media, editorial, web design and development, content creation.
