Account Manager
Springload is a boutique digital studio based in Wellington, New Zealand, with an impressive list of national clients. As the Account Manager for Springload’s largest client, Kiwibank, I play an integral role in growing the relationship and am a trusted go-to for work ranging from simple marketing banners to stand alone web applications and large scale marketing campaigns.
Kiwibank is one of New Zealand’s largest banks, and is an iconic brand with a fiercely loyal customer base. It has been a great opportunity to be able to work with a website that has an extremely diverse viewership and around 30 million hits a year.
I am as much a part of the Kiwibank team as I am Springload’s, and have oversight of all aspects of digital delivery. I work closely with designers, developers, copy writers and UX gurus to produce content for a number of websites under Kiwibank’s marketing umbrella.
My role is a hybrid of both account and project management; I am responsible for the relationship and for understanding their needs at a business level, as well as delving into the detail and coordinating the smooth delivery of projects.

hairyLemon is a full service digital agency hailing from Christchurch, New Zealand. Well established in the industry, it works with a diverse client base both nationally and internationally.
As a project manager, I was responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of a range of projects; establishing and influencing the scope of projects; maintaining timelines and budgets; managing the production team to ensure things got done; and keeping the clients in the loop. From pre-sale to post-live, I was the main point of contact for both the client and the internal team. Given hairyLemon’s focus on providing the full digital package, I was involved with many clients on an ongoing basis. This gave me the opportunity to fully embed myself in their business and partner with them to craft their ideal digital presence.
hairyLemon nurtured my love of all things digital. I was exposed to all aspects of the business and had my fingers in all of the pies, giving me a broad understanding of the industry.
