Customer Service Representative
Working in Home insurance from Tesco bank. This job involves the selling and servicing of home insurance policies for new and existing customers. It can be a challenging but rewarding job as insurance can be a complicated and frustrating activity. Attention to detail is key; making sure that everything is correct and the policy holders know exactly what is covered. I also deal with payments queries, and complaints. I have recently became involved in the Health and Well being team within Tesco taking part in Mindfulness sessions and cycling activities to promote health living.
