Conference & Events Sales Co-ordinator
The Principal Hayley Group is a collection of 24 upper 4 star hotels and conference venues in the UK and Europe. Within these venues I was responsible for;
• Taking meeting enquiries for two central London properties
• Responsible for selling meeting rooms
• Understanding targets and budgets and assist team in achieving goals
• Carrying out client/agent site visits at The Grand Connaught Rooms & Hotel Russell
• Achieving company standard for BDRC calls at 90% + and ServiceScan site visit at 85%
• Working closely with the enquiry team and taking over large valued or high profile enquiries and converting the business.
• Cross selling the London properties and also selling the PH Group as a whole.
• Organising and hosting Regional Familiarisation Trips for agents
