As a Barclays Propositions Analyst, I play a key role in our Personal and Corporate Banking Digital team. I identify, develop and implement improvements to our digital products. It’s all about making life much simpler for our customers, tailoring propositions improvements to their needs to encourage more customers to use our digital products. I have the creative freedom to create truly customer-focused propositions. As a Digital Propositions Analyst, my main responsibilities involve: Acting as an expert in my area, proving clear leadership and direction to our Digital Banking business objectives while contributing to the development of the team, its strategies and plans Owning business analysis for selected change initiatives, and assessing business requirements through interviews, workshops and other data collection techniques Developing and presenting innovative solutions to business problems and risks – creatively managing scope, risk, cost and timescales to improve performance Managing external suppliers, overseeing input into user experience designs and ensuring cost and quality guidelines are always adhered to Confidently communicating complex concepts and innovative strategies to colleagues at all levels of the business
