About me

After studying in London, I spent the early part of my career working for an American company in London and Paris, followed by a number of years with a City based recruitment company. During a career break I fulfilled my passion for domestic property renovation and began working in the industry. Over the last few years as a Board Director and co-owner of SDL Construction Management Ltd, I have had key responsibility for driving forward the Commercial arm of the business as well as developing the Sales and Marketing Strategy. Having recently relocated to London, I have been doing some freelance consulting work within Hospitality Sector, most notably Soho House Group. I am now looking for new challenges.

REPORTING TO CEO AND UK OPERATIONS DIRECTOR Confidential project brief: to provide comprehensive house, hotel and restaurant feedback reports across London sites. As this was something Soho House group had not undertaken before it required: •Development of plan and reporting format to identify positive and negative trends across the group as well as those relevant solely to the venue. •consideration of all aspects of experience as a member or guest with regards to interaction with staff, service food and beverage, perceived value for money as well as infrastructure such as layout, interior design, process flow etc. •generating reports based on personal experience as a member/guest experience achieved through working at the houses overnight stays and dining out over a number of months. •regular meetings with director to discuss and refine plans •agreement of format to present reports to individual general managers as a positive and collaborative process Ongoing reporting of the various restaurants within various club sites See less
