About me
With a breath of experience in the event, branding and communications industry, I bring a multidisciplinary mind-set to my role as a project manager within the Shell team at Imagination. Responsible for planning and delivering large scale bespoke projects across a range of Imagination’s services I am able to offer my clients consistency, seamless execution and alignment to a global strategy. With ten years of project management experience I have developed a strong portfolio of adaptable skills, that are reflected in the diverse responsibilities I have carried while at Imagination. I joined Imagination in 2010 as a brand advisor to oversee a global rebrand for our lead client, Shell, and two years later went on to develop into a branding account manager to run an architectural branding project, before finally stepping into an event role where I work on bespoke experiential platforms. With over five years of experience across the visual identity and project teams, my client brand knowledge exceeds even the most keen brand champions. This, paired with a diverse set of live event delivery experiences, from business forums to large incentives, means I am able to provide a 360° cross channel approach.
Work history
    Events Project Manager
As a part of the bespoke events team I manage the delivery of an annual programme of live experiences. These include ‘Shell Powering Progress Together’ and ‘Shell Innovation Open House’; two platforms that Shell use to engage with global audiences to showcase key messaging on climate change and innovation projects. With strong messaging at the heart of each programme, I work with my clients to develop a design intent that lets the content step forward and brings the narrative and the audience together. Having worked across this diverse portfolio of events, I have experience in developing and managing: ?Audience engagement activities with a focus on achieving high delegate uptake ?Digital interactives with an effort to ensure platforms span the difficulties of a varied delegate language base ?Spatial layouts and design and the application of brand messaging through the visitor journey ?Face to face speaker and delegate management ?Master show content and running orders into a consolidated show format ?Extensive budgets that bridge across agency disciplines ?Revenue forecasting and internal spend scheduling and cost management ?Strategy and design of new business pitches into succinct and engaging presentation decks ?Planning and logistics of multi-day site visits with extensive change management ? Event delivery in: • Barcelona • Hamburg • Paris • Detroit • Manila • London
    Brand Advisor
     -
As a brand advisor I worked with Shell Brands International to form the Shell VI Checkpoint team. Working with the writers and designers of the 2010 global rebrand, my role was to monitor the implementation of design assets by both internal Shell business areas and external advertising agencies. Taking the final responsibility for the approval of all communications created globally. By ensuring that all ATL/BTL and internal communications, film and video projects and large-scale exhibition materials were in alignment, I could confirm that all brand activity reflected the key values of Shell as a company – a human and warm culture of innovation.
