• Working with product managers to make sure their websites meets best practice and usability guidelines
• Implementing a new service level agreement for a group of websites' workflow, to ensure priority was given to the correct items
• Ensuring that the websites are user experience friendly and making UX improvements
• Looking at metrics, including Google analytics and Hotjar, to determine what's working and what's not working
• Making new websites, including working out structure, layout and design within the confines of the content management system
• Liaising with developers to make improvements to the websites
• Doing both regression and usability testing on improvements to the websites in different staging areas
• Doing minor front-end work including coding widgets in HTML and CSS
• Uploading content in HTML and ensure it meets best practice guidelines and the in-house style guidelines
