About me
I was born and raised in Athens. My student career started at the Agricultural University of Athens in the Crop Science school, and specifically my studies were on Viticulture. Then, I studied Product Design at AKTO (Athinaikos Kalitechnikos & Technologikos Omilos), Athens, powered by Middlesex University, where I got my Bachelor's Degree, Second Upper class honours. Lastly, I finished my studies at Brunel University, London, where I got my MA on Design Strategy and Innovation.
During my studies I accumulated knowledge on different fields and sciences. This, along with the highly organising character of mine made me want to integrate different things into creating new, innovative solutions.
Moreover, I prefer having multiple things to deal with, thus, while I was a student I always undertook any extracurricular that I came across. Therefore, I got into design competitions, team projects and third party seminars.
Additionally to my studies, I grew up in an educated environment (both parents are professors) where my brother is a disabled person. This made me develop a deep empathy attribute, the urge to protect and a strong desire to help my peers. Thus, I always attempt to aid my colleagues.
Lastly, I perpetually ask "Why?" and try to identify everything to its core. I believe that in order to address a project one has to know all and every aspect of it.
My utter goal is to be in a design thinking oriented job that makes me full and is in a happy and fun environment with the best team.

- Coco-Mat Wooden BikeJunior Design Manager on the Project. Product Designer. We created the first prototypes of the Wooden Bike for COCO-MAT, Greece. A team of 17 professionals and a number of design students, got the brief and created the first prototype within a month. Title of my entry: "Putting the 'x'? to the TED. How TED evolved to a New Power Brand."
BiC Razor Blade design competition
Redesigning the Classic BiC razor blade. My design is a radical razor blade, which did not use the traditional grip of the razors as we all know them. Low cost and easy manufactured with a unique design. The "B-Fin" uses ergonomic design and is very easy to use.
