About me

For 4 years I was the studio floor manager at Spring Studios in London. In this role I was responsible for the management of 10 studios and several different staff positions. My day to day role involved training and running the front of house department, monthly expenditure and staff wages, dealing directly with photographers, production teams, stylists and agents. This involved a great deal of care in building strong relationships with clients ranging from Art and Commerce and Art Partner, to photographers like Mert & Marcus and Annie Leibovitz. After leaving Spring Studios I began freelance production work as a production Manager at North Six Europe, where I assisted the Producers there with all areas of pre and post production. This included on set production, face to face client services, organising set builds, catering and billing for some very high end shoots. I am currently working as a producer at CLM artist management agency in London and have been there 6 months Duties include, . Creating estimates,managing budgets, negotiating fees/rates with the help of the agent . Generating invoices, closing and billing jobs. · Manage the scheduling and booking of all talent (model, hair, and makeup) for shoots . Develop shoot schedules and call sheets . Manage the budgets for shoots, reconcile actual versus estimated budgets . Manage post production schedule, liaising between client, post house and photographer: working to meet budgets and deadlines. . Ensure all shoot related invoices are properly negotiated, submitted and processed by accounts payable on time and within budget · Liaise between a variety of vendors including outside production companies, catering, location vehicles, equipment houses, casting, locationscouts, etc., All of this experience, coupled with my enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, ability to work as part of a team, but also well equipped to work solo
