  • Die Welt steht auf dem Kopf.
    Die Welt steht auf dem Kopf."Die Welt steht auf dem Kopf"is literally translated as "The World stands on the head". It is part of a german expression in which "standing on the head" means something being wrong or confused. Like a perspective that is turned upside down and meant to be the other way around. This allegory is coming alive throughout my collection and is really standing for the way we are living our lifes on earth. The main focus of everything we do is of money, economy or even greed, not of our environment or health. This is – in my own way of seeing it – the world being upside down. A call for less and decelerated consume, conscious and well-informed. And hopefully soon to be growing in close communion with nature, not against it. This is an excerpt of my bachelor thesis.
