•Leading Nusound’s social media strategy. Specific tasks include, administrating the creation and publishing of relevant, original and high-quality content, promoting content through social advertising, and developing brand awareness and online reputation of the company via a regular publishing schedule.
• Liaising with different councils and organising events and roadshows in the community.
• Managing and training new personnel. Guide on sourcing content for programmes and providing technical
support in up-skilling new presenters on the use of digital equipment.
• Leading and mentoring journalists and students, providing feedback on interview questions and content to
ensure high levels of quality and relevance to current trends.
• Commissioning factual programming with the use of market research to gather the latest information, news
stories and press releases applicable to various shows within any given day.
• Creative production and editing of live and pre-recorded shows and radio documentaries that require
continuous research, scripting and formatting in order to reach a wider audience.
• Work in a real-time environment presenting shows on a weekly basis, featuring live interviews with a variety of
music and entertainment guests.
• Chairing staff meetings as well as regular appraisals.
