About me
Am 49 years old, have worked in design for 26 + years. I started out working for a well known West Country travel agency in Admin and was then offered a design/marketing role in a small wildlife travel company. Having worked there for 26 years I learnt a lot about print design which I prefer to web design and quite a bit about birds and cetaceans! I am currently working for M&S. I have the last few years painted jute bags which is rewarding and fun. I was also lucky to be asked to paint four of the Aardman characters for the Bristol trail for my local primary school. This is as well as doing voluntary design work for them, have had many fun hours drawing and painting with the kids in school and then creating brochures, logos, adverts and posters for many school events. Am happy at M&S but if the elusive perfect job came calling would definitely consider!

WildWings was a wildlife specialist travel agency/tour operator. I worked for them for 26 years. Designing annual full colour brochures, magazine and newspaper adverts, logos, website design, web adverts, trade show advertising, posters and mail campaigns. Was mostly print based which I loved. Had some amazing years there.
