My biggest passion is the music industry and the creative industries in general. Within the music industry, live events, artist development and streaming platforms are my main interests. The first one has brought me into the music industry, giving me the want to turn this enthusiasm into my job. My undergraduate course in “Economics for the cultural heritage and the entertainment” in Milan was an amazing opportunity to gain knowledge about the cultural heritage and organisations, alongside with the creative industries; I ended up to develop ideas that could cross over different fields/sectors, such as fashion, music and art, which I think it is the key for any creative company nowadays. I decided to move to London in 2016 because it is the heart of the music industry in Europe and I felt that I needed to grow here as a young person to understand what the city was offering more than Milan and also because I am passionate about the international underground scene more than in my own country. I have also attained a Masters Degree at the University of West London in “Music Industry Management and Artist Development” to refine and deepen my knowledge about the field. After having gained some experience through my jobs as intern and assistant, I decided to start my own project "Aitho Entertainment" with the aim of combining the "high" culture with the "low" culture, the underground. Through the events that I will develop with my team I would also like to connect the UK music scene with the Italian's.Locked Pro Plan feature
